Payment shall be made via cash, MasterCard, Visa, or check or wire transfer to William Kent, Inc by 12:00 Noon on Saturday March 4th or later with written approval of the auctioneer. NYS Sales Tax will be collected if you are not tax exempt.

Pick up is at the expense of the buyer. Auctioneer and seller are not responsible for the care, housing, security or maintenence of the item once it is struck down to the buyer. All items sold AS IS. Items must be removed with 1 week of the auction date.
